I'm suffering from hangover so long time*How many sociologists does it take to change a light bulb?it isn't changing the bulb as none are experienced enough to change it or qualified at part p of the institute of electrical engineers ,or know b.c. from e.s. or s.e.s. , it is the decision making of what wattage of replacement lamp , ( low energy wattage correlation applied ) if the steps are to be used then what type , do we have any , where is the fuse box , do we need a reflective jacket , who guards the switch , it is going to be a difficult one so a team of sociologists is preferred , team buildind exercises are necessary and a strategy building course ( it looks good on a c.v. ) the letter writing to the landlord needs to be approached in the first instant .
