95 Honda Accord, Instrument Cluster, Gauge, Panel. The original Cluster guages have a green back light, i would like to modify it so that any green (lights) will become blue.How do u change the light bulb in the instument cluster on a 1995 Honda Accord?Make sure that a fuse is not blown. The tail-lite fuse is on the same circuit as the instruments.
